We're looking for someone to join our production team, to ensure that production operations run smoothly in terms of deadlines, costs and human management, while respecting defined quality criteria.
At our company, a Production Supervisor...
- Monitors productivity, individual and sector performance for their team;
- Ensures compliance with manufacturing instructions; monitors and controls production quality;
- Efficiently manages raw materials and equipment on the production floor;
- Collaborates with the production planner to meet deadlines;
- Controls time worked, authorizes work schedule, overtime and vacation schedule;
- Allocates resources to workstations;
- Transfers relevant information from their sector to the employees concerned and to the production manager;
- Analyzes production reports and takes corrective action to meet standards;
- Ensures the health and safety of employees and workstations;
- Acts as a change agent and actively participates in improvement projects in their sector.
Your profile...
- College diploma in physical technology (asset) ;
- Experience in personnel management (asset);
- Experience in a related field (asset);
- Team spirit and ability to supervise ;
- Good organizational skills and rigor.
