Chromatic Dispersion Compensation of RF Signals

Chromatic dispersion causes the fading of an RF signal after a certain propagation distance in an optical fiber. TeraXion’s fiber Bragg grating based dispersion compensation efficiently eliminates this problem. This lightweight and small footprint solution provides low insertion loss and is highly tolerant to non-linear effects.
