We're looking for someone to join our Electronics and Software engineering team!
At our company, an Electronics Engineer/Specialist...
- Design, simulate and test complex electronic circuits:
- High-speed, low-noise analog circuits
- High-speed control loops
- Minimization of parasitic signal coupling
- Radio frequency (RF) circuits
- Establishes technical requirements with customer and development team;
- Contributes to the design of printed circuit boards (PCBs) at the cutting edge of technology (HDI, rigid-flex);
- Develops test plans and contributes to the commissioning of electronic circuits and optoelectronic modules.
- Performs burn-in, identifies causes of failure, and optimizes performance of complex electronic circuits;
- Manages sub-contractors for the design and manufacture of electronic circuits;
- Writes relevant design and test documentation.
Your profile...
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, science or DEC with other relevant experience;
- 5 to 10 years' experience in electronic circuit design;
- Specific experience in the following areas :
- PCB design
- Design of analog and radio-frequency (RF) circuits
- Control loop design, simulation, optimization and characterization
- Optoelectronics
- Thorough knowledge of computer-aided design software (Altium Designer or other);
- Interest in laboratory work;
- Focus on teamwork and problem solving;
- Effective management of priorities;
- Knowledge of written and spoken English.
- English may be required for communications with English-speaking customers and the head office in California.
