DISPERSION COMPENSATION AT THE TERMINAL

Our static and tunable compensators are used for very precise dispersion compensation, mainly on a single-channel basis for pre- and post-compensation of high-speed DWDM networks for 40 and 100 Gb/s signals. Dispersion compensation at terminals is associated with submarine, festoon and terrestrial links that range from 500 to 12 000 km using G.652, G.655 and other fiber types.
